Behavioral Health

UCCW has been helping refugees and immigrants with getting self-sufficiency since 1998.  Throughout our long history, UCCW has remained focused on helping families and individuals by delivering a continuum of services designed to maximize their potential and success. In 2013, UCCW reached the goal of becoming a licensed community mental health provider. Many refugees and immigrants suffer from stress, depression, and anxiety associated with displacement that often remains untreated for long periods of time. Our work is founded on our unwavering belief in the resiliency and strength of the human spirit. That, with help of professional bilingual and bicultural Behavioral Health Counselors, people can and do overcome the barriers and obstacles that confront them and heal.

For low-income families some services are offered FREE of charge.
